Facility Use Request

USE POLICY/GUIDELINES

All facility use requests must be submitted at least one week before the event.

Groups or individuals not affiliated with Creekside Church must provide evidence of liability insurance covering both the group/individual and the Church.

Extended use of Church facilities may require a fee to help cover the cost of utilities.

No smoking, illegal substances, or alcohol will be permitted on the premises.

Activities that conflict with the moral and doctrinal position of the church will not be permitted.

Set-up for an activity is the responsibility of those requesting the use of the facility. Equipment and furnishings must be returned to their proper places.

No one may use the Worship Center sound equipment or church office without authorization and/or supervision.

Please leave the area in good condition: cleaned up, garbage removed, lights turned off, heat or a/c turned off, and doors locked.
